Very nice residential plot in Potamos Germasogeia. Germasogeia is located immediately on the outskirts of Limassol and has already practically grown together with the city, even a city bus runs here. There are several churches, one of the largest dams of the island. The plot is near the road towards Mesovounia, but unfortunately with NO direct access.
